Integrations
Connect ChirpBack to your task tracker, chat, CRM, sheets, app stores, and automation tools.
Connect tools at Feedback → Integrations. The page has two top tabs:
- Connections — turn integrations on / off, re-authorize, configure each
- Automations — rules that act on data (e.g. push new feedback to Linear)
Filter categories at the top: Management, Communication, CRM & Support, Data & Reviews, Automation.

Survey response automations
Inside any survey campaign, the Automations tab lets you trigger Slack alerts, emails, or webhooks when new responses come in. Set up per campaign.
Default workflow
Where new work items go when triaging is configured under Project Settings → Workflow — either to ChirpBack's backlog or directly into Jira / Linear / Asana / Trello. See Backlog for details.
