Aero (AI)
ChirpBack's AI assistant — chats, rewrites, sentiment classification, and semantic search across your feedback.
Aero is the AI layer inside ChirpBack. It runs the assistant chat, rewrites and generates content inside editors, classifies feedback sentiment automatically, and indexes feedback for semantic search.
What Aero does
| Surface | What Aero does |
|---|---|
| Assistant dock | Chat — ask questions about your project's feedback, surveys, and announcements |
| Editor (announcements, surveys, etc.) | Tone rewrites and generated blocks |
| Feedback + survey inbox | Auto-classifies every incoming response by sentiment |
| Search | Semantic search — finds feedback by meaning, not just keywords |
| Feedback Analytics → Insights | Aero generates a summary, key themes, and standout quotes from your project's feedback |
Aero credits
Credits are consumed by every Aero action. Usage resets on the 1st of every month. The allowance per plan:
| Plan | Monthly Aero credits |
|---|---|
| Starter | 2.5 million tokens |
| Growth | 5 million tokens |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
What uses credits:
- Every chat message Aero answers in the assistant dock
- Every tone rewrite or generated block in the editor
- Feedback + survey response sentiment classification
- Embedding new feedback for semantic search
Track usage at Project Settings → AI & Credits.
Aero Watcher
Aero Watcher is the alert side of Aero. When enabled, it scans your project hourly for unusual feedback patterns — volume spikes, sentiment dips, bug clusters — and pings the bell when something needs your attention. Reminders back off automatically if an alert stays unread.
Toggle it at Project Settings → AI & Credits → Aero Watcher.
Turning Aero Watcher off stops the hourly alerts only. Aero chats, rewrites, sentiment classification, and semantic search continue to work — they're not gated by this toggle.
