Teams that sign up during early access lock in the rates above for life. The pricing on this page goes live at public launch.

Aero credits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Aero credits — the AI assistant that summarizes feedback, drafts surveys, and surfaces trends.

Track usage in Account → Billing → Aero.

Upgrading

1. Account → Billing
2. "Change plan" → pick a new plan
3. Confirm — the new plan and limits take effect immediately

Downgrading

Same flow — pick a lower plan. If you'd exceed the new plan's limits (e.g. too many seats), remove members or projects first.

Refunds

ChirpBack offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Beyond that, reach out for a special case.

Invoices & payment

Past invoices are downloadable from Account → Billing → Invoice history. For invoiced billing on Enterprise plans, email billing@chirpback.io.
